Don Sumner, President of Sumner Properties, has provided commercial services for clients and customers in the Southeast since 1978. Former companies that Don Sumner has been associated with include Edens and Avant of Columbia, S.C., and Max L. Hill Company of Charleston, S.C. Since 1984, Mr. Sumner has concentrated solely on the commercial, retail, and office markets in Athens, Georgia.

Donna Robinson, Commercial Property Manager, Leasing and Sales Agent for Sumner Properties, has worked and lived in the Athens Area for 32 years. Miss Robinson began working with Sumner Properties as an office manager in 2003. A graduate of the University of Georgia, she obtained her Real Estate License in 2004. Donna is currently a participant in the L.E.A.D. Athens class of 2008. As her duties with the company have expanded, so has her knowledge and insight in commercial real estate transactions. Bryan Austin, Leasing and Sales Agent with Sumner Properties. Bryan is a graduate of Athens Academy and holds a BBA from the University of Georgia in Real Estate. His career in leasing and managing properties began in college working for his Grandfather with Porterfield Development Company. After graduation, he went on to work at The Dovetail Companies where he managed the leasing of retail, office, and flex space developments across the Southeast and Texas. Throughout his career, Bryan has worked on projects such as The Markets at Epps Bridge, Sugarloaf, Anderson and Charlotte, The Terraces Office Park, The Hilton Garden Inn retail space and many others. These projects, among others, have exposed him to a vast array of development concepts and allowed him to become skilled at tenant negotiations and space acquisitions. Bryan's experience and work ethic enable him to find the perfect space for your needs or effectively lease your property while maximizing your profitability.
