Development

The Sumner Properties development team consists of Don Sumner and Bryan Austin.  Don has been involved in countless projects around the Athens area including the Athens Orthopedic Center, the Georgia Cancer Specialists next to Athens Regional Hospital.  Bryan grew up around the development business with his grandfather, R.W. Porterfield and has since worked on development Projects in Athens such as the Markets at Epps Bridge shopping center, the Atlanta Prosthetics and Orthotics building, and student multifamily housing project and many others.
